| Generate a case report (from inside a case workspace) | reports:create |
View application reports
Open the application workspace
Sign in to the Arcane portal and select the application workspace you want to review.
Click Reports in the sidebar
In the left sidebar, click Reports. The page displays all compliance reports that have been generated within this application.
Browse and filter the report list
You can browse reports by type, investigation period, the team member who created them, and the date they were generated. Use the available filters to narrow the list to the reports you need.
Report generation happens inside the Reports tab within an individual case workspace and requires the
reports:create permission. The application Reports page only lists reports that have already been generated — you cannot create new reports from this page.View the application activity log
Open the application workspace
Sign in to the Arcane portal and select the application workspace whose activity you want to review.
Click Audit Log in the sidebar
In the left sidebar, click Audit Log. The log opens showing all recorded activity for this application, in reverse chronological order.
Filter the log
Use the filter controls to narrow the log by:
- Date range — limit entries to a specific time window
- Actor — show actions taken by a particular team member
- Event type — focus on a specific category of action (for example, approvals or report downloads)
- Target — find all activity related to a specific case, request, or report
What the activity log captures
The application activity log records every meaningful action taken within your application workspace. Every log entry includes the actor (the team member who performed the action), the timestamp, and the affected object (the case, request, report, or other resource involved). The following event categories are captured:- Disclosure requests — created, approved, and closed events, including which administrator took action
- Case auditor changes — auditors added to or removed from a case, and by whom
- Report activity — reports generated and downloaded, with the creator and download actor recorded
- Access events — case workspace access by auditors, including timestamps tied to the case access window
