Application administrators manage case-level auditor access after a case is approved. Case auditor assignments control who appears in the worklist and who can open the case workspace.

Prerequisites

  • Access to an application workspace.
  • An approved case.
  • cases:edit for add/remove controls.
  • reports:view_transactions to view the case workspace and Case Auditors tab.

Workflow

Open the case workspace

From Case Review, open an approved case visible to the administrator.

Open Case Auditors

Click the Case Auditors tab.

Add an auditor

Click Add auditor, select a team member, and confirm.

Remove an auditor

Remove an existing auditor assignment and confirm if prompted.

Relationship to team access

Organization team settings grant application-level permission buckets. Case auditor assignments further restrict which approved cases a user can open. A user may have reports:view_transactions on an application and still see only cases they are assigned to.
