The Arcane Compliance Platform is organized around an organization workspace. The workspace defines the client account, its members, and the applications operated under it. Before the organization can use operational platform features, it must be verified and activated by a platform administrator.
You do not need to assemble a team before getting started. The person who creates the organization becomes its first member and can operate it as the sole participant.

Setup flow

Register your account

Select Register organization and provide your name, work email address, and organization name.The account used for registration becomes the initial owner of the organization.

Create the organization

Complete the organization profile. The organization becomes the administrative boundary for member access and application management.

Add members, if required

Add the people who need access and assign responsibilities appropriate to their work.This step is optional. An organization with one member can continue through activation and use the platform.

Submit the organization for review

Send the organization registration request to the platform administrator. The organization enters the Under Review state while its details are being verified.Operational access remains unavailable during this review, but you can continue preparing the organization and its applications.

Complete verification

The platform administrator reviews the organization and confirms that it can access the Compliance Platform.

Activate the organization

After approval, the organization moves to the Active state. Its authorized members can then configure and operate the available Compliance Platform applications.

Prepare during review

An organization in the Under Review state remains available for administrative setup. You can use the review period to prepare the operating structure that will be required after activation.

Create applications

Create and configure the applications that the organization plans to operate.

Build the access structure

Add members and define the access structure for the organization and its applications.
Applications created during review are not operational. They become available only after the organization is Active and the application integration is ready.
